You don’t even need to listen to the CD’s while they are playing: you can be watching TV, eating dinner, or talking on the phone. The reason is the scientific concept of sympathetic resonance. For example, if you have two violins in a room, sympathetic resonance is demonstrated when you pluck a string on one violin, and the same string on the other violin begins vibrating. So, without even listening to the CD while it is playing, the cells of your body will respond like the second violin and begin vibrating with the higher energy of the CD, thereby facilitating healing.
