Payment Policy

Full payment is due at time of service, by cash, check or PayPal.

24-hour Cancellation Policy

Once a session is scheduled, Kim makes a commitment to use that time for the client. If a client does not attend the scheduled session, full payment is due unless the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice before the session start-time. 
(Consideration will be given to emergency situations on a case-by-case basis.)

Drug/Alcohol Policy

Full payment is due if a client comes to an appointment under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs. It is inappropriate for an individual who is under the influence of mind-altering substances to receive energy work; therefore the client would not receive energy work as scheduled. The client will be asked to leave and re-schedule at a time when s/he can come to an appointment unimpaired.

Phone Session Payments

Phone session payments will be made via PayPal at the beginning of the session.
