About Intuitive Consulting...

Companies deal with many complex situations and decision-making processes each day.  Many times the answers appear pretty straightforward, but in the end, the straightforward solution is found to be problematic due to unforeseen reasons.  Intuitive consultants bring to light ‘unforeseen factors’, allowing a decision made with more information, which can yield a more desirable result. Whether interested in time savings, cost savings, or increasing effectiveness, gathering the not-so-obvious information can often help get the desired results.

As the saying goes ‘Life changes with every breath we take’, but certain factors will come to light one way or another.  So, much of the intuitive consultations will provide ranges (ex.  the timeframes, profit percentages, cost savings, etc.).

During a typical intuitive consultation, the pertinent parties explain the situation at hand and the information they hope to receive as a result of the consultation.  Open ended questions, such as ‘What will make the most profit for our company this quarter, this year, etc?’ are too broad and vague.  More specific questions yield more beneficial intuitive advice such as:

  1. ‘Will adding this new item to our product list be profitable for our company?  If so, when should we add it, how should we proceed, & will it meet management’s profitability expectations?
  2. ‘Will this potential employee meet and/or exceed our expectations?’
  3. ‘Is it beneficial for our company to hire this person?’
  4. ‘We have three different ways to proceed with our company growth, which would be most beneficial for us to choose?’
  5. ‘We are planning a re-organization and have two possible related plans; will either of these be cost-effective for our company? Which one? Will it also bring the specific desired results sought by management?
  6. ‘We are planning to expand our company by building a new site in one of three possible locations.  Which location would be most beneficial for our company?’
