House Clearings

Having problems selling a home, even though all the external factors are on point?

Moving into a home where it doesn’t feel quite right?

House clearing utilizes energetic healing techniques to rid the home of Negative Energy, Earthbound Souls (spirits), or other entities. It also includes clearing energetic attachments inhabitants may have to the physical house or land. Access to the property is not required. The session can be performed remotely.

    --> Negative energies can exist as a result of traumatic or difficult experiences by past inhabitants throughout the history of the house (accidents, arguments, criticism, trauma, abuse, violence, death, hostile divorce, negative emotions, etc).

    --> On occasions Earthbound Souls (spirits) or other entities can be present who need assistance to detach from this earthly realm to continue on their journey.

    --> And, sometimes people can consciously or unconsciously feel attachment to their home or land (ex. a client unknowingly was energetically attached to her home since she birthed her three children there; and another client was attached to the tree under which she drank her coffee every morning.

Basic Remote House Clearing: $125

  • Schedule the Basic Remote House Clearing HERE.
    • (No one needs to be home during this time, since this session is remote.)
  • Client will provide the Address of Property.
  • The Basic Remote House Clearing is approximately 30 minutes in duration.
    • The land will be energetically cleared.
    • The physical house will be energetically cleared (i.e. in general, NOT room by room).
    • NO Earthbound Souls (spirits) or other entities will be addressed.
    • NO energetic attachments of the current or past residents (anyone who lived in the home) will be addressed.

Standard Remote House Clearing: $300
(Recommended)

  • Schedule the Standard Remote House Clearing HERE.
    • (No one needs to be home during this time, since this session is remote.)
  • Includes all of the Basic Remote House Clearing plus:
    • Client will provide the Address of Property, as well as a list of the #/types of rooms.
    • * On rare occasions, a House Clearing is NOT needed. If this is the case, the session will be cancelled and a refund will be provided.
    • * On rare occasions, a Standard Remote House Clearing will be insufficient and an Intensive Remote House Clearing is suggested. The Client will be notified PRIOR to the session in order to choose:
        • 1) to proceed with the Standard Remote House Clearing, or
        2) to opt for the Intensive Remote House Clearing
  • The Standard Remote House Clearing is 75 minutes in duration.
    • The land will be energetically cleared.
    • The physical house will be energetically cleared room by room.
    • All Earthbound Souls (spirits) or other entities will be energetically cleared.
    • All energetic attachments of the current or past residents (anyone who lived in the home) will be energetically cleared.
  • After the session, an email will be sent to the Client to confirm completion of the House Clearing along with a Summary.
  • Kimberly is NOT responsible for clearing negative energy for any ongoing or future negative events (accidents, arguments, criticism, trauma, abuse, violence, death, hostile divorce, negative emotions, etc) after the scheduled session.
  • All sessions are non-refundable once completed.

Intensive Remote House Clearing: $450

  • Schedule the Intensive Remote House Clearing HERE.
    • (No one needs to be home during this time, since this session is remote.)
  • Includes all of the Standard Remote House Clearing, plus:
    • extra time needed for clearing the excessive amounts of:
      • All Earthbound Souls (spirits) or other entities
      • All energetic attachments of the current or past residents (anyone who lived in the home)

* An in-person House Clearing can be scheduled (Crestone/Baca/Moffat) for $150 in addition to the House Clearing option chosen.
