Policies
Payment Policy
Full payment is due at time of scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled
service for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the
appointment, workshop, or failure to show will not be refunded.
(Consideration will be given to emergency situations on a
case-by-case basis.)
Drug/Alcohol Policy
If a client arrives at an appointment or workshop under the influence of mind-altering substances, they will be asked to leave. The service is not refundable. The client is welcome to schedule for time when they can attend unimpaired.
