It is very easy to sit back and say “this is just the way that things are and have always been, so there is nothing we can do.”  But as the saying goes, ‘the only constant is change’… we wouldn’t have evolved all of these years on this planet otherwise. 

So, there are choices… we can either sit back and let change happen to us; or proactively participate in creating the change (or goals) we wish to see in our lives, our businesses, our communities, and ultimately our world.

Unfortunately, change can cause stress, anxiety, etc. no matter how positive it is (i.e. new profitable business ventures, new corporate reorganizations, new job promotion, new home, wedding, pregnancy), which can lead to being ‘frozen with fear’.  At these times we need to dig deep within to muster the inner strength and courage to move forward.  Once this choice is made, real change, transformation can begin!
