About Phone Sessions...
In addition to the information discussed in Session Expectations, here are additional considerations when having a phone session…
- There will be no ‘hands on’ work since we’ll be in different physical locations.
- The client will want to prepare for the session by…
- Paying for the session via PayPal.
- Being in a quiet room where there will be no distractions.
- Dimming the lights.
- Playing low-volume, soft, relaxing music (i.e. music without vocals).
- Lying down on a bed or couch with a pillow and blanket.
- Having the phone easily accessible (if available, speakerphone is sometimes preferred by clients).
